Frequently asked questions
How many candidates can I recommend to a single project?
There is no limit on the number of recommended Candidates per recruitment project.
How long is a recommendation valid?
A recommendation is valid for 9 months from the day the Candidate was recommended.
Can the recommended Candidate's data be used in other recruitment processes?
No. The recommended Candidate's data may only be processed within the scope of the project the Candidate was recommended for and consented to. Participation in another recruitment process requires a separate recommendation and obtaining the Candidate's consent.
Can I recommend myself for a job offer?
Yes, you can recommend yourself. In that case, if you are hired, you will receive the referral bonus after the guarantee period (provided employment continues).
What is required to recommend a candidate?
Talk with the candidate about the offer and assess fit for the role. If the Candidate expresses interest, get their current CV. Upload the document to Crowd Hunter and recommend the candidate in the system. Crowd Hunter will send the candidate an email with a link to confirm interest in the offer and consent to data processing.
How long does Crowd Hunter wait for the Candidate's confirmation?
Crowd Hunter sends the Candidate an email and waits 14 calendar days for confirmation of interest in the process and consent to data processing. If during this period the Candidate decides NO or doesn't respond - their data is removed from the system.
Who can publish recruitment projects on Crowd Hunter?
Recruitment projects may be published by Users with Employer or Recruitment Agency profiles.
Who can recommend candidates?
Candidates may be recommended by Users with Individual or Recruitment Agency profiles.
