Frequently asked questions
Who pays the hiring fee?
The fee is paid by the publisher of the job offer (only when a recommended Candidate is hired and the guarantee condition is met). No costs are borne by the party making the recommendation.
When does the hiring fee become due?
The fee becomes due upon simultaneously meeting two conditions: 1) hiring a Candidate recommended for the given Project and 2) the Candidate completing the full Guarantee Period specified in the Project and continuing employment for at least one day after the Guarantee Period expires.
If the recommended Candidate was hired but the contract was terminated during the guarantee period - is the hiring fee due?
If during the guarantee period the candidate or employer decides to end cooperation - through the candidate submitting a notice of termination or the employer reporting a decision not to extend the contract after the guarantee period - the referral bonus and Crowd Hunter commission are not due.
