Role: Senior IT Analyst.
Contract type: B2B ( 120-140 PLN net/hour),
Location: Warszawa, Łódź, Trójmiasto
Working mode: Hybrid: 2-3 days/ week in the office

General responsibilities:
Requirements management in a team responsible for transitioning functionalities between netbanks
Eliciting requirements by cooperating with different stakeholders
Identification of existing solution patterns and translating them into the requirements of renovated solution, both functional and non-functional
Understanding data flows and integration requirements to ensure proper system renovation
Supporting development team during design phase to create desirable solution
Supporting Product Owner in decomposition of product roadmap to features and scrum team backlog items
Securing requirements traceability during smooth end-to-end development
Being responsible for requirements documentation
Supporting other analysts, testers and developers in the team and hub
Must-have knowledge and experience
Min. 4 - 7 years of experience in IT analysis
Experience in system integration in the financial domain, understanding of architectural concepts
Knowledge of BPMN, UML
Experience with describing functional and non-functional requirements
SQL for database querying
Knowledge of ETL processes
Python or other programming languages for data manipulation
Knowledge of RESTful API’s is mandatory
Experience in working with large financial systems
Experience with working in an agile environment
Experience in requirements documentation using Jira, Confluence
Practical skills in cooperation with UX designers, architects, developers, testers, SME's, etc.
Nice-to-have knowledge and experience
Domain knowledge in financial area, ideally in accounts, payments, etc.
Working experience with tools like Swagger, Postman
Hadoop ecosystem
Knowledge of web applications architecture, especially in the netbank area, would be an advantage
