For our client, a global leader in its industry, we are looking for a Data Analyst.
Location: Warszawa, Łódź, Trójmiasto
Working mode: Hybrid, 2 days a week in the office
Type of contract: B2B (140 - 190 PLN net per hour)
Key responsibilities:
Acting as a bridge between business needs and developers to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT solutions
Working with data products
Supporting the design of advanced data and analytics solutions
Collaborating closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand expected outcomes and elicit business features
Managing delivery dependencies across other teams and organizational units
Working in an Agile environment as an integral part of a cross-functional delivery team
Must-have knowledge and experience:
Strong knowledge of SQL
Proven experience working with complex requirements
Experience in data analysis, data hygiene, and data quality management
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with business users
A strong solution-oriented and analytical mindset, with the ability to thrive when working with complex end-to-end solutions and processes
The ability to grasp new technologies quickly (on a high level) and ask the right questions
High level of ownership and independence in managing tasks, features, and user stories
Familiarity with basic concepts in machine learning, CI/CD pipelines, and Big Data
Nice-to-have:
Banking industry knowledge and experience is a strong asset
